1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Privacy Blur for WhatsApp™ Web ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our Chrome Extension.

2. PROHIBITED USES - SPAMMING

Our software is designed as a privacy and productivity tool for WhatsApp Web. The use of our software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose is strictly prohibited.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of our tool complies with all local, national, and international laws. We provide our tool for legitimate, lawful purposes, and are not responsible for, and cannot be held liable for, any misuse by users.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and the Extension are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. DISCLAIMER

Our tool is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

6. CHROME EXTENSION & WHATSAPP DISCLAIMER

This is a Chrome extension that primarily processes data locally in your browser. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. This project is an independent open-source project and has no relationship to WhatsApp or WhatsApp Inc.
